What are your hours?
Colab Cowork & Cafe is always open 24 hours a day 7 days per week for its weekly and monthly members. The cafe is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday – Saturday for walk-ins and Day Pass customers. After 6:00 pm the space is completely self-service for members only with no staff on site.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow after hours access to anyone besides our weekly members, monthly members, and our meeting room customers.
Can I have mail delivered to the building?
Our monthly Dedicated Desk and Private Office members may receive business mail to our address as part of their benefits package. For safekeeping practices, we will not accept mail after hours or anything too big to fit in our wall lockers.
Do you have printing service?
Yes, we can print documents for our members and Day Pass customers for a fee. However, to better serve our members, we do not provide this service to walk-in guests who only wish to use our printers.
Can you provide me with an invoice?
Absolutely. We understand that sometimes your business or employer may require invoicing for your coworking expenses, so we are always happy to help sort that out for you.
What security is in place for members?
We take your safety seriously. That is why we require all 24 hour-access members to agree to our Membership House Rules and have identification on file for the duration of their membership. We also have CCTV in the common areas throughout the space and use biometric access for our members to prevent unauthorized guests from accessing the building.
How does the cafe work for members?
Cafe customers pay full price for our premium menu which includes two hours of WiFi, but day pass customers and long-term members get select coffee drinks for free, and 50% off all other drinks. Pretty sweet deal!
Can I bring outside food into the building?
Absolutely. We encourage members to bring their meals with them and have designated areas for preparing, eating, and disposing of your food and food waste. We also provide a snack bar for quick bites on the way to your desk. Chiang Mai also has plenty of delivery services that we can help you use. We also partner with various local restaurants in the area and can help cater your next event.
Can I host an event at Colab Cowork & Cafe?
That is a big yes! We have event space and happily welcome workshops, speaking events, and many other types of gatherings. Please reach out to see how we can help you host your next event, no matter the size.
