When you purchase a membership or service from Colab Cowork & Cafe, your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you decide that our service did not meet your expectations, we are here to do everything we can to reconcile the issue. If no solution can be found, you may be eligible for a refund, should the following circumstances be met.
If you have purchased an incorrect membership and our team has advised you to purchase another plan, 100% of the original membership value will be refunded subject to the condition that no service was delivered for the previous plan.
100% of the membership value is eligible for refund up to 24 hours after a purchase, no questions asked, provided you have attempted to use our service. Refunds are not available after 24 hours has passed.
Service related bookings such as meeting rooms, podcast studio, event space, etc., are eligible for a 75% refund if the cancellation is received at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled booking time are eligible for a 50% refund.
If you are eligible for refund, our team will confirm in writing, and your refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date of confirmation.
If you attempted to purchase a plan and your payment was successfully processed but not received by us, please seek a refund from your financial service provider.
Please note that refunds are available for new customers only. If you renewed an existing plan, or have used our services in the past, you will not be eligible for refund.
